Membership Service Terms and Conditions:
1. Bath Club Membership:
o Included Unlimited Sessions:
o Bath Sessions – Your pet will enjoy bath sessions as part of the membership.
o Brush-out Sessions – Keep your pet’s fur well-maintained with brushing sessions.
o Nail Trimming – Regular nail trimming to ensure your pet’s comfort.
o Ear Cleaning – Routine ear cleaning services for pets.
o Hygiene Trims (for cats only) – Essential hygiene trims are included for cats.
o Additional Notes:
o The registration fee SAR 200 is waived for first-time members .
o Charges for the above services will not be deducted from any grooming packages.
2. Bath Club Plus Membership:
o Included Unlimited Sessions:
o All Services from Bath Club Membership – Enjoy all the benefits of the Bath Club Membership.
o Additional Benefits:
o Personalized Bathing Sessions – Tailored bathing services based on your pet's specific needs.
o Precision Facial Trimming – Professional facial trims for a polished look.
o Exclusive Discounts – Get special discounts on selected products and grooming packages.
o Priority Appointment Booking – Skip the line with priority access to booking your pet’s grooming sessions.
o Additional Notes:
o The registration fee SAR 200 is waived for first-time members.
o Charges for the above services will not be deducted from any grooming packages.
3. Subscription Freezing:
o Bath Club Members:
o You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months, once per year at a fee of SAR 50 per freeze.
o Freezing requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled membership debit date.
o The freeze period begins on the membership debit date.
o Bath Club Plus Members:
o You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months, once per year ,at no extra cost.
o Freezing requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled membership debit date.
o The freeze period begins on the membership debit date.
o Additional Information:
o Freezing Deadlines: Freezing requests submitted less than 5 business days before your next payment will not be processed for that cycle.
o No Retroactive Freezes: You can only freeze for upcoming periods, not for any previous payments.
o Service Interruptions: We are not liable for any service interruptions, missed appointments, or adjustments due to the freeze.
o Automatic Resumption: Your membership will automatically resume after the freeze period ends.
4. Membership Changes: Upgrade, Downgrade, and Cancellations:
o Members can upgrade or downgrade their membership at no additional charge, except for the membership fee.

5. Non-Transferable Membership:
o Memberships are valid only for the pet registered under the membership account and cannot be transferred to another pet.
6. Non-Refundable Membership:
o Membership fees are non-refundable. Unused services do not qualify for refunds or early termination. Pet Arabia is not required to notify members if they do not use services during the membership period.
7. Additional Services:
o Bath Club Members: Additional services are available at full price with no discounts, and these charges are not deducted from membership fees.
o Bath Club Plus Members: Exclusive discounts are available on additional grooming services.
8. Appointment Policy:
o Bath Club Plus Members:
o Priority booking: Enjoy priority booking, ensuring quick access to appointments without delays.
o Appointment Limitation: Bath Club Plus Members can schedule 2 appointments per month, to best suit their schedule.
o Additional appointments are subject to reservation or prior booking.
o Branch Availability: Appointments are subject to availability at the selected branch.
o Bath Club Members:
o No Walk-ins: Bath Club members are required to book appointments in advance.
o Advance Booking: All appointments must be made at least 72 hours before the desired time.
o One Appointment Per Member: Only one appointment can be scheduled at a time. A second appointment may be made once the first is completed.
o Branch Availability: Appointments are subject to availability at the selected branch.
9. Advertisement:
o Pet Arabia reserves the right of taking photos of pets before, during, and after being groomed. Photos/Videos of your pet may be used in any form of public advertisements, promotional or marketing material, without compensation or liability.
o Pet Arabia may edit or modify content for promotional purposes and is not liable for any claims arising from its use.
o By agreeing to these terms, you grant Pet Arabia permission to use your pet’s photos or videos for advertisement materials.
10. Force Majeure Clause:
o Pet Arabia is not liable for service disruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
11. Cancellation Termination, and Rejoining Policy:
o Cancellation Requests: To cancel, requests must be made at least 5 days before the next payment to avoid additional charges.
o Automatic Termination: Membership will be automatically terminated if payment fails during the subscription period. Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
o Pet Arabia’s Right to Terminate: Pet Arabia reserves the right to terminate memberships (Bath Club and Bath Club Plus) at any time without prior notice.
o Post-Cancellation Payments: Once the membership is canceled, future payments will not be charged.
o Rejoining After Cancellation: If a membership is canceled or terminated, and the member later requests to rejoin, an additional SAR 200 fee will apply. This fee is applicable regardless of the reason for the cancellation or termination.
12. Privacy and Data Usage:
o Customer data is handled according to Pet Arabia’s Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the policy.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
o These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Saudi Arabia.
14. Updates to Terms:
o These terms may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of any changes via email or website notification.
15. Customer Responsibilities:
o Members are responsible for providing accurate information, adhering to appointment policies, and securing their membership card.

Additional Membership Terms and Conditions:
1. Ownership of Payment Method:
o Members must ensure they have legal ownership or authorization to use the payment methods for membership fees. Pet Arabia reserves the right to verify ownership of any payment method used.
2. Late Payment Policy:
o Late Fee: A SAR 100 late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 4 days after the due date.
o Service Suspension: If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Pet Arabia reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service until full payment is cleared.
o Permanent Termination: If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, Pet Arabia reserves the right to permanently terminate the membership.
3. Payment Terms: Failure to settle payment within the specified timeframes will result in the application of late fees and may lead to service suspension or permanent termination of membership.
4. Bath Club Member Conduct:
o Members must exhibit respectful behavior at all times. Disruptive actions that affect the enjoyment or safety of other members or staff may result in disciplinary action, including membership termination.
5. No-Show Policy:
o Accumulating more than 2 no-shows in a 3-month period may result in temporary suspension or permanent cancellation at Pet Arabia’s discretion.
6. Service Availability:
o Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at Pet Arabia’s discretion. Efforts will be made to notify members of any changes.
7. Service Liability :
o While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, Pet Arabia is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during or after the service.
8. Service Waiver:
o Members accept the risks associated with using Pet Arabia’s services. Pet Arabia is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses.
9. Changes to Services:
o Pet Arabia reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, programs, or memberships at its discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to members, but no compensation will be provided for discontinued services.
10. Feedback and Complaints:
o Members are encouraged to provide feedback and share their experiences. Complaints will be reviewed promptly, and Pet Arabia will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues satisfactorily.
11. Severability Clause:
o If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, with the unenforceable provision modified to reflect the parties' intent as closely as possible.
12. Indemnification:
o Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet Arabia, its affiliates, and staff against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of services.
Payment Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment Processing:
o All payments are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Pet Arabia may change its payment providers without prior notice.
2. Bank Fees and Exchange Rates:
o Pet Arabia is not responsible for any additional bank fees, foreign exchange rates, or other charges incurred during payment processing.
3. Payment Method:
o Payments must be made by debit or credit card.
4. Automatic Billing:
o The card used for the initial payment will be charged automatically on the same day of each month for recurring fees.
5. Payment Structure and Billing Cycle:
o Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis. Payments will be automatically charged to the payment method on file at the time of subscription. The billing date is the same day each month as the initial sign-up date (e.g., if you sign up on the 15th of the month, the payment will be charged on the 15th of each subsequent month).
6. Payment Clarification:
o The card used for the initial payment will be charged automatically on the same day of each month for recurring fees. If the customer signs up on a date that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), payment will be processed on the last day of the month.
7. First Membership Fee:
o The first fee is charged on the day the subscription is activated.
8. Membership Start Date:
o Membership begins on the day of the first payment.
9. Payment Due Dates:
o All subsequent payments are due on the same day of each month as the initial payment.
10. Cancellation/Termination:
o To cancel, members must request cancellation at least 5 days before the next scheduled payment date.
11. Automatic Termination:
o Membership will be terminated if payment fails. Members are responsible for ensuring the availability of funds.
12. Payment Authorization:
o By subscribing, members authorize Pet Arabia to charge their credit/debit card for all membership fees and service charges. Members must promptly notify Pet Arabia of any changes to their payment information.
13. Responsibility for Sufficient Funds
o Ensuring Sufficient Funds: The customer is Soley responsible for ensuring that their payment method (e.g., card or account) has enough balance or credit limit to cover the full amount due on the specified payment date.
o Consequences of Insufficient Funds: If there are not enough funds available, this may result in, Late fee, service interruptions, or additional Consequences, as specified in the agreement.
o Customer Obligation: The customer agrees to take all necessary steps to make sure sufficient funds are available by the due date to avoid any negative outcomes, such as delays or fees.
